We are looking for an Assembly Mechanic, assembly of Industrial Mixers, for full time employment. Basic requirements for the position are as follows:

• Mechanical aptitude/knowledge/experience.
• Must be able to read and/or decipher blueprints, hand drawn sketches and verbal instructions
• Must have own hand tools
• Must be able to pay attention to details while assembling machinery
• Must be able to perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to operate overhead cranes and fork trucks
• Familiarity with bearings, seals, gear reducers, power transmission (V-belt) systems, electric motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical controls, etc.
• Ability to recognize and calculate figures and amounts such as fractional size, decimal equivalent
• Ability to perform math problems including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
• Ability to perform required visual inspection of parts
• Ability to utilize precision measuring devices to inspect dimensions accurately
• Welding, electrical and three-phase power experience a plus
• Monday - Friday work schedule, single shift
• Training for specific applications is available
